I worked with Jannea while looking for my first home. She was always available whether it was for questions I had that needed answering, just to chat or to schedule a last minute showing. She was so helpful throughout the whole home-buying process. She is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to condos and condo associations/fees/documents. Jannea was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had no prior experience with real estate but Jannea made sure we were on top of the process every step of the way. Her responsiveness and enthusiastic attitude were the exact qualities I was looking for in an agent. She would answer my questions at all hours and she was emotionally invested in finding the right property, sometimes even more so than myself! I remember one instance where I had seen a property that I was ready to make an offer on when a property that I had been very interested in came back on the market. Jannea told me that she had stayed up late that night thinking about which property would be better for me and that was when I knew she was the right agent. If it weren't for her hard work, I never would have found the condo I now own. The listing had expired and she contacted the owner to start the whole process. Jannea was really great. Super quick with everything, helped us find a house against the odds in December and get into it quicker than a typical closing, which was really important to us. I recently had to sell my father’s house, long distance. Jannea was recommended to me by a friend who had been very satisfied with her service. It’s not often that you engage someone for a service and they greatly exceed your expectations. Jannea did. Jannea was prompt, professional and efficient. She communicated with me frequently and kept me informed. She gave excellent advice that I believe helped us sell the house fast and for full value. Since this was a long distance transaction, she went above and beyond the call of duty -- helping us to locate other service providers (all of whom were excellent) and coordinating their access to the property. There were a few hiccups with the buyers inspection and appraisal and she gave us good advice on how to handle them, coordinated access, and facilitated a resolution that helped the sale go through ahead of schedule. I would absolutely recommend Jannea to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.
